VP Strategy and Planning
Tria has over 21 years of media experience with a wide range of category expertise. Beginning as an Assistant Media Planner at Bartle Bogle Hearty where she aided in the planning and buying for multiple accounts such as Johnnie Walker and Unilever. She went on to work as a Media Planner at Tangible Media working on video games and toys with clients such as Atari Interactive, Marvel Enterprises and Toybiz. Tria went on to work as a Media Supervisor at Universal McCann, where she handled the responsibility of overseeing Lowe’s Home Improvement and Wendy’s International on both local and national capacities. She handled all aspects of media planning, execution, and maintenance of these massive accounts. After several years, Tria worked as the Media Planning Supervisor at Allscope Media, where she was responsible for maintaining the tune-in campaigns for the National Geographic Channel’s national and local advertising. In 2009, she returned to Tangible Media where she served several roles, with her last role as Director of Strategy and Planning. Tria was the appointed account lead for the Leapfrog and Evenflo accounts which focused on moms and parents media. During this time, she managed multiple teams across all digital and traditional media platforms. This role eventually transitioned into her role as the VP of Strategy & Planning at PowerPhyl, where she leads the Toys & Merchant Services group. Tria has also been vital in spearheading new business initiatives, specifically in growing the Merchant’s Services and Non-Profit verticals of the agency. She received her BA in Art History and Minor in Philosophy of the Arts from the University at Buffalo.
